The relations of the parties will be governed.
- The job search fee in Germany will be charged according to the progress of the job search operation in 3 rounds, signing the contract until passing the interview and handing over the work contract to the client and the time of the embassy to attach a work visa.
- In terms of gaining the trust and confidence of respected customers and also due to the high quality level of the institute’s services, if the job seeker is not successful in the interviews with German employers in the first stage and is not accepted, the job search services will be calculated free of charge for them until then and the entire amount paid for the first stage The contract will be returned to them.
- The amount of the contract in Rials has been received from the customer, and in the event of paragraph 3, the entire amount in Rials will be returned to the customer, and the decrease or increase in the exchange rate will not affect the total amount of the contract during its implementation period.
- It should be noted that the number of interviews during the contract period will not be limited for customers.
- If the respected customers do not want to cooperate with this institution during the period of the first stage of the contract until the end of the successful interview, they can cancel their contract by deducting only 20% of the amount paid for the first stage of the contract.
